The Nuclear Industry Check Valve Group (NIC) is a forum of nuclear utility representatives formed for the exchange of technical information relating to the application, testing, and maintenance of check valves among the utilities and in coordination with other organizations within the nuclear industry for increased reliability and safety.

In our continuing efforts to comply with U.S. Department of Energy regulation 10CFR Part 810 regarding export control of certain nuclear technology and assistance, the role of the group’s website and access to it have been significantly reduced.  Please note the following:

• Meeting presentation files are no longer stored on the website. For access to presentations from previous years please contact wallace.wilder@mmciglobal.com.

• If you attend a meeting and therefore have gone through our Part 810 compliance process, presentation files for that meeting will be made available to you via SharePoint after the meeting.  This applies to all utility and vendor attendees for that meeting.
